Pinwheel Galaxy M101

Hello everyone, I a hope all is well and everyone is having a great or at least a well week.

Another day another painting.

This one is the fifth entry of the astronomical Messier object list.

Just to recap, it is a 110 list of beautiful targets in the night sky that nearly every entry or beginner class telescope can see under good sky condition.

This is the 101 object, also known as The Pinwheel Galaxy. (Messier Object 101).

I finished M1, M2, M5, M45, and now M101.

Five finished, 105 to go!

I try to give a surreal theme on them, and this one is themed as a water object coming out of a celestial lake ... maybe.

I hope it gives you peace and calm as it did painting it.
