Early Bird

Hello everyone,

I hope all is well and everyone is having a great weekend.

Here is the fifth entry of the origami collection.

I wasn't sure at the beginning which origami form would I pick, I had few ideas, but ended up with the bird one.

Since it was a seagull bird, I went with the beach for the background.

The painting started with the sea, and the sky, and it was all blue. It was kind empty, so I added a little sand and here we are.

I really enjoyed making this and it took all after noon and the evening to finish, on few sessions, not in one go.

Let it bring to the viewer the calm and focus it brought to me imagining and painting it.
